Project description: The objective of the project is to support the innovation development of Dream Production Europe Kft. through the implementation of CRM and enterprise management systems, as well as an artificial intelligence-based data mining software solution. The project also includes the acquisition of modern desktop and mobile devices required for the efficient operation of the new systems and the management of online, offline, and social media platforms. The project involves professional training programmes aimed at the coordinated utilization of organizational processes and the introduced digital solutions, thereby contributing to the digitalization of business processes and to improving operational efficiency.
